1. Puppy Value
For the purposes of this Agreement and our Health Guarantee, the puppy’s value is limited solely to the original purchase price. This amount excludes any store credits, taxes, shipping fees, health certificates, veterinary expenses, and any other costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the buyer in connection with the puppy.
2. Code of Conduct
All puppies are sold strictly as companion pets. By purchasing a puppy, the Buyer agrees that the puppy will not be used for breeding purposes. The Buyer further agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered at the appropriate age, as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
The Buyer is responsible for providing the puppy with proper care and a safe, healthy environment, including adequate food, clean water, suitable shelter, regular exercise, and routine veterinary attention.
The Buyer agrees that the puppy will be kept as an indoor family companion, will not be allowed to roam unsupervised, and will wear appropriate identification and any legally required license tags at all times.
Following is our Code of Conduct:
- Lifelong care of the dog: This means committing to the relationship for your dog’s entire life.
- Recognize that owning a dog(s) requires an investment of time and money. Keeping only the type and number of dogs for which you can provide a healthy, positive and safe environment. This includes appropriate/healthy food, water, shelter, health care, bathing, grooming and companionship. You need to be able to feed the puppy throughout the day, take it outside for bathroom breaks, and teach it manners (e.g. sit/stay and walk on a leash).
- Purchase food, treats, a collar and leash, toys, grooming tools, and other things you’ll need in advance so that your dog or puppy’s transition into your home will be a smooth one.
- You and your family members should decide who will be responsible for food, water, walks, exercise, cleanup, and grooming.
- Move breakables or “chewables” to higher ground. Make electrical cords inaccessible to curious paws and noses. Block off any area of the house that’s off-limits. Block access to any house, garden plants, foods or medicines that are toxic to dogs.
- Make sure the yard is securely fenced or that you have a run for your dog. Your puppy will need to be on a leash outdoors.
- If traveling with your dog, keep your dog safe in the car by using a crate or seat belt harness.
- Create a comfortable area — whether a crate, a dog bed, or a pile of blankets — for your dog to go to when he needs rest or privacy.
- Ensure socialization and appropriate training for your dog(s) to facilitate their well-being and the well-being of other animals and people.
- Prevent your dog(s) from negatively impacting other people, animals and the environment. This includes proper waste disposal, noise control, and not allowing dog(s) to stray or become feral.
- Provide frequent exercise and mental stimulation appropriate to your dog(s)’ age, breed, and health status.
- Establish and maintain a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Choose a veterinarian ahead of time, so you’ll be ready for a visit soon after your dog comes home. Give your vet copies of the dog’s health records, and set up a vaccination and check-up schedule.
- Provide preventive (e.g., vaccinations, parasite control) and therapeutic health care for the life of your dog(s) in consultation with, and as recommended by, your veterinarian.
- Ensure dogs are properly identified (i.e., tags or microchips).
- Adhere to all laws, regulations and ordinances, including licensing and leash requirements.
- Help to manage overpopulation by controlling your dog(s)’ reproduction through spaying/neutering your dog.
- Include your dogs in your planning for an emergency or disaster, including assembling an evacuation kit.Make arrangements for the care of your dog when or if you are unable to do so.
- Recognize declines in your dog(s)’ quality of life and making decisions in consultation with your veterinarian regarding appropriate end-of-life care (e.g., palliative care, hospice, euthanasia).
3. Travel
Your puppy is generally expected to travel to its new home within 1 week from the date this Agreement becomes effective. In some cases, additional time with the breeder may be necessary to ensure the puppy’s continued health, development, and readiness for travel. The final travel date is determined by the us in consultation with our veterinarian, with the puppy’s well being being the highest priority.
Transportation arrangements are typically coordinated by us and may involve trusted third party transportation providers. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, temperature restrictions, transportation logistics, mechanical issues, airline scheduling changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any travel delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the purchase agreement, nor shall they result in refunds, compensation, or liability for inconvenience, expenses, or financial losses arising from such delays. You as a customer should acknowledge that transportation schedules may be subject to change and agree to remain flexible throughout the delivery process.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any destination specific requirements, including permits, import documentation, health certificates, vaccination records, or other regulations that may be necessary for the transportation and ownership of the puppy.
4. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their puppy purchase at any time before receiving official confirmation from us regarding the puppy’s scheduled delivery date. To cancel, the customer must provide notice to us.
In the event of a cancellation, an administrative fee will be deducted according to the fee schedule outlined below. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these fees represent a reasonable estimate of the costs and losses incurred as a result of the cancellation, as the exact amount of damages cannot be accurately determined in advance.

5. No Warranties
While every effort is made to provide accurate information about each puppy, we do not guarantee specific characteristics such as appearance, temperament, personality, adult size, weight, coat color, compatibility with breed standards, or DNA testing outcomes. Information provided about puppies is based on the best knowledge available at the time and may be subject to change as the puppy develops.
Each puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary health examination and receives a valid Health Certificate before joining its new family. However, certain minor or breed related conditions may be considered normal and may not affect a puppy’s overall health or ability to travel. Some of these conditions may naturally resolve as the puppy matures, while others may be covered under our Health Guarantee if they remain present upon arrival. We encourage all prospective owners to familiarize themselves with the characteristics and health considerations of their chosen puppy before making a commitment.

8. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your information when you visit our website or use our services. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand our data handling practices and your privacy rights.
9. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. All remaining provisions shall remain valid, enforceable, and in full effect, without being affected or impaired in any way.
10. Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Buyer and Seller regarding the purchase of the puppy. No other representations, warranties, or agreements shall apply unless provided in writing and signed by both parties.
1. Health Commitment
We are committed to providing healthy, well cared for puppies. Prior to joining their new families, all puppies receive age appropriate vaccinations, deworming treatments, veterinary examinations, and routine preventative care.
As living animals, puppies may occasionally develop health conditions despite the highest standards of breeding and care. This Health Commitment outlines the protections available to the Buyer following delivery of the puppy.
First 14 Days After Arrival
If, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a contagious illness, parasite, or infectious condition that existed before delivery, the Seller will reimburse reasonable veterinary treatment expenses up to the original purchase price of the puppy. Copies of veterinary records and invoices must be submitted within twenty one (21) days of delivery.
First Year Health Guarantee
If, within one (1) year of delivery, the puppy is diagnosed by two licensed veterinarians with a hereditary or congenital condition that significantly affects the animal’s quality of life or overall health, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within five (5) business days of the initial diagnosis.
Upon verification, the Seller will reimburse documented veterinary expenses directly related to the diagnosed condition up to the original purchase price of the puppy.
Extended Health Guarantee
If between the puppy’s first and tenth year after delivery, a hereditary or congenital condition is diagnosed and confirmed by two licensed veterinarians, and written notice is provided within five (5) business days of the initial diagnosis, the Buyer may choose one of the following remedies:
- A credit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the original purchase price, applicable toward the purchase of another puppy from the Seller; or
- Reimbursement of documented veterinary expenses related to the diagnosed condition, up to twenty five percent (25%) of the original purchase price of the puppy.
Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, nutrition, veterinary care, vaccinations, and general welfare for the puppy throughout its lifetime. Regular veterinary examinations are strongly recommended to ensure the puppy’s continued health and wellbeing.
2. Exclusions and Limitations of Coverage
This commitment does not cover or include the following:
- Routine expenses associated with owning and caring for a puppy, including veterinary care, vaccinations, food, medications, supplements, grooming, training, cleaning, and general maintenance costs.
- Any injury, accident, illness, or condition resulting from external factors, including but not limited to ingestion of foreign objects, choking, falls, cuts, bruises, insect bites, human caused injuries, escape incidents, vehicle related accidents, or complications arising from veterinary procedures such as spaying, neutering, tail docking, or similar treatments.
- Behavioral, personality, or temperament related characteristics, including house training, chewing, digging, barking, anxiety, or any other behavioral traits.
- Physical appearance, adult size, weight, coat color, markings, conformation, breed standards, or any aesthetic preference.
- Hip dysplasia diagnoses in breeds predisposed to the condition where the puppy has been overweight, improperly exercised, or subjected to excessive physical activity.
- Results or findings from genetic or DNA testing.
- Contagious diseases, infections, or parasite related conditions diagnosed more than fourteen (14) days after the puppy’s arrival in its new home.
- Hereditary or congenital conditions diagnosed more than ten (10) years after the puppy’s arrival.
- Any health related claim diagnosed more than one (1) year after the puppy’s arrival.
- Coverage specifically excludes Cherry Eye, Entropion, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, narrow trachea, stenotic nares, and other conditions commonly associated with or considered normal for the breed, regardless of when diagnosed.
- Coverage applies solely to the puppy identified on the original sales invoice and does not extend to any other animal residing in, visiting, or otherwise present within the purchaser’s household.
3. Hypoglycemia Policy
Hypoglycemia, commonly known as low blood sugar, is not covered under our Health Guarantee.
All puppies may be susceptible to hypoglycemia during periods of stress, environmental change, or irregular feeding. Common signs of hypoglycemia include:
• Low energy levels
• Reduced or absent appetite
• Lethargy or weakness
• Unusually high or low body temperature
• Vomiting and/or diarrhea
To help prevent hypoglycemia, it is essential that your puppy follows a consistent and carefully monitored feeding schedule, especially during the first two weeks after arriving in its new home. Relocating to a new environment can be stressful for a young puppy and may temporarily affect normal eating habits. Fresh food and water should be readily available, and owners should closely monitor food intake until regular eating patterns are established.
If signs of low blood sugar occur, a glucose supplement such as Nutri-Cal, Nutri-Stat, Karo Syrup, or processed honey may be administered to provide a quick source of energy and stimulate appetite. These products are intended as a temporary aid and should never replace a balanced diet.
Supplements may be given by:
• Allowing the puppy to lick the supplement from your finger
• Gently applying the supplement to the tongue, gums, or roof of the mouth
• Ensuring the puppy swallows the supplement properly
A syringe may also be used for administration when necessary.
Because hypoglycemia is generally related to feeding management, stress, or environmental factors rather than hereditary, congenital, or infectious conditions, it is not covered under our Health Guarantee. Maintaining proper nutrition and monitoring your puppy’s eating habits are essential responsibilities of the owner and are critical to your puppy’s long term health and well being.
4. Puppy Health Guarantee and Owner Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of this Health Guarantee, all puppy owners must comply with the following requirements. Failure to meet these obligations may result in the guarantee becoming void.
Veterinary Care
Your puppy must receive regular veterinary examinations and appropriate medical care throughout its development. Complete veterinary records must be maintained and provided upon request if a health guarantee claim is submitted.
We strongly recommend scheduling an initial veterinary checkup as soon as possible after your puppy arrives home. Early examinations help establish a healthcare plan, review vaccination schedules, and ensure a smooth transition into the new environment.
Vaccinations
Your puppy will arrive with age appropriate vaccinations. To avoid unnecessary over vaccination, no additional vaccinations should be administered during the first ten (10) days after arrival unless specifically recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
Socialization and Public Areas
Puppies should avoid dog parks and other public areas where they may come into contact with unknown dogs until their vaccination series is complete. This generally occurs at approximately sixteen (16) weeks of age, depending on your veterinarian’s recommendations.
Exercise and Physical Development
Regular exercise and mental stimulation are essential for your puppy’s health and wellbeing. Exercise levels should be appropriate for your puppy’s age, breed, and physical development. Excessive exercise during growth stages should be avoided. Consult your veterinarian for breed specific guidance.
Nutrition
Your puppy will arrive with information regarding its current diet. If you choose to introduce a different food, the transition should be made gradually to minimize digestive upset.
A balanced, high quality diet should be maintained at all times. Owners should avoid both underfeeding and overfeeding and follow their veterinarian’s nutritional recommendations.
Spaying and Neutering
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your puppy is intended as a family companion. Any decision regarding breeding, spaying, or neutering should be discussed with and guided by your veterinarian.
Pet Insurance
We strongly recommend maintaining comprehensive pet insurance coverage to help manage unexpected veterinary expenses. In the event of a claim under this Health Guarantee, supporting documentation and evidence of any insurance claims may be requested.
Health Guarantee Claims
To submit a claim under this Health Guarantee, owners must provide all relevant veterinary records, medical reports, diagnostic results, and supporting documentation requested for review. Only claims that meet the terms and conditions of this Health Guarantee will be considered.
5. How to Submit a Health Guarantee Claim
If you have met all requirements outlined in this Health Guarantee and your puppy develops a health condition that you believe may be covered, please contact us immediately. You can reach via email or phone and provide all relevant details regarding the issue.
Claims may be processed through one of two available methods.
Method One
For conditions listed in the coverage schedule, claims can be submitted by providing a copy of the paid, itemized veterinary invoice for services rendered. This process is designed for eligible expenses that may not typically be covered by standard pet insurance policies. We recommend confirming coverage details directly with your insurance provider.
Important: Services marked with an asterisk (*) are only eligible if the veterinary treatment was performed during the puppy’s 14 day infectious coverage period, which begins on the date the puppy arrives in its new home.

Method Two
This section applies to health concerns not covered under the initial health guarantee, primarily hereditary or congenital conditions identified after the first 14 days following your puppy’s arrival. Certain conditions discovered during the puppy’s first veterinary examination may also qualify for coverage if treatment is required.
With Active Pet Insurance
To qualify for coverage under this Health Commitment, you must maintain active pet insurance and first submit any claim through your insurance provider.
For approved claims, we will reimburse up to €300 of your deductible and 100% of any copayment required by your insurance provider. This benefit remains available for eligible claims until your dog reaches 10 years of age, subject to any breed specific exclusions and up to the original purchase price of the puppy, excluding taxes, transportation costs, and optional services purchased separately.
If your insurance provider determines that a claim is not eligible for coverage, no additional reimbursement or compensation will be available under this Health Commitment.
Maintaining Insurance Coverage
Continuous pet insurance coverage is required during the first 12 months after your puppy joins your family.
If pet insurance is cancelled or allowed to lapse within the first 12 months, this Health Commitment will immediately become null and void.
After the First 12 Months ( Without Active Pet Insurance)
If your pet insurance coverage ends after the first 12 months, any future claim must include:
• Complete veterinary records related to the diagnosis
• Medical reports and test results
• Any additional documentation relevant to the health condition
Upon receiving your claim, we may request further information necessary for a complete review.
Orthopedic Conditions
For severe hip, elbow, or knee dysplasia claims, radiographs must:
• Clearly identify the dog’s registered name or registration number
• Include the veterinarian or clinic name
• Show the date the radiographs were taken
• Meet the submission standards established by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI)
Claim Review Process
Once all required documentation has been received, including diagnostic records, treatment costs, and necropsy reports when applicable, our Health Team will conduct a thorough review of your claim.
Due to the detailed nature of hereditary and congenital health evaluations, claim reviews may require several business days to complete.
We reserve the right, at any stage of the review process, to obtain an independent veterinary opinion from a veterinarian selected by us to evaluate any diagnosis submitted in support of a claim.
Important Notice: Failure to maintain pet insurance coverage during the first 12 months following your puppy’s arrival will render this Health Commitment null and void.
6. Who Is Eligible to File a Claim?
Claims under this commitment may only be submitted by the original purchaser who acquired the puppy directly from us. This commitment is non transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owner or third party.
7. How Does State Law Apply?
This commitment provides you with specific legal rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may also be entitled to additional rights and protections that vary by state.
Key Definitions
Veterinarian – A licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) authorized to practice veterinary medicine in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
